Our web series continues with a review of Wonder Woman’s updated origin from DC’s New 52.
In part 4 of our 4 series exploring the many origins of Wonder Woman, we look at the origin that lasted from 2011 to 2016, before being tweaked again.
In 2011, DC (almost) rebooted their entire superhero line in the event confusingly called ‘The New 52’. Brian Azzarello & Cliff Chiang began their critical and sales smash with Wonder Woman #1, hinting at an updated origin that was revealed in subsequent issues.
G.I.Jolie & Mike-EL revisit one of their favourite comics from DC.
